WATCH: President Trump gets singled out in court by Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney as he describes the derogatory attacks he says his client has faced since her murder case ended in a mistrial. Kevin Reddington tells the judge people have called Clancy a “demon,” claimed she was “possessed” and said she “should be executed": "This is coming from politicians, you know, from President Trump all the way down.” Trump previously weighed in on the case publicly after the mistrial, calling the deaths of Clancy’s three children a “very sad situation” and saying, “there’s no winner there.” Clancy is back in court as her defense seeks to prevent prosecutors from putting her on trial again.
