Chinese national strategy to integrate university credit system w/ open source contributions 🇨🇳 Americans like to talk about how it’s important for the US to “win AI” but practically that just means a small # of privately-held US cos succeeding China winning = the world winning
Goes without saying that this is most beneficial for Europe too Our shortsightedness and lack of ambition re: AI likely won’t lead to us being permanently under the thumb of a small number of American companies
