🇺🇸 The Lindsay Clancy case has now turned into a courtroom fight over the one juror who refused to acquit her. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington erupted today over accusations that he has been “attacking” lone holdout juror Michael Desronvil. “I am tired of hearing ‘persecution,’ ‘attacking.’ I am doing all these ‘terrible things’ to this juror.” Reddington says he filed one motion asking the court to investigate specific questions surrounding Desronvil and otherwise responded only after the public attacks began. And there are actual questions behind that motion. The defense wants the court to examine allegations that Desronvil used his phone during deliberations, whether he accurately answered his juror questionnaire, and statements he made when questioned by the judge. Desronvil denies doing anything improper and says he simply believed the prosecution proved its case. Being the only juror who disagreed with the other 11 is NOT misconduct! If the defense can prove he violated the rules or wasn't truthful during jury selection, that's an entirely different issue though... Writer: Oliver
